Bill Maher is not too far off-the mantra in this country seems to be "It's not my fault I'm messed up/I made a bad decsion...but I want somebody to clean up my mess for me". That can apply to the mom in California with 14 mouths to feed and no way to feed and diaper them, to the schmuck bankers and businessmen who ran their businesses into the ground(and kept their bonuses), yet expected a hand out from John Q Taxpayer.
